1. Refund Policy
All purchases made on Monocrome.in are final.
However, if you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will happily offer a refund or replacement — provided that:

- You share a complete unboxing video of the package from the moment it is opened, clearly showing the product and any issue.

- The video must be uncut and unedited.

- The issue is reported to us within 3 days of delivery at monocromecare@gmail.com
Once verified, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
2. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange if:

- The product is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- The request is made within 3 days of delivery.

3. Non-Exchangeable or Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

- Orders with missing or incomplete unboxing video evidence for damage/incorrect product claims.
4. Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is approved:

- We’ll arrange pickup from your address.

- After quality inspection, your new product will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

- You’ll receive tracking details once shipped.
5. Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be canceled as they are processed immediately.
However, if your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at monocromecare@gmail.com and we’ll try our best to assist.
